The phones in our office have a speaker option on them. The girl that sits next to me ALWAYS dials out on speaker, then waits with the dial tone blaring out untill the other person picks up. I've asked her politely to just pick up the handset and put it to her ear, but she never does. Then about 10 minutes ago she did it whilst I was on the phone, and the red mist descended. I wheeled over in my office chair, still continuing my discussion, then picked up her handset and SLAMMED it down. When I say slam, I mean SLAM!!!!

I instantly apologised, but she won't be doing that again.
