Hi Guyz

Im trying to leave my current job, as it's all gone a bit crazy here and I'm about two stressful days away from bringing a machine gun to work.

I've been applying for lots of jobs (I'd pretty much take anything right now, but most are in the educational sector, or in a creative environment).

Anyway, I'm having trouble making successful applications, so I was wondering, what, in your opinion, makes a good cover letter/cv? I'm pretty sure I can't be selling myself that well, or I would have had some interviews by now. And I kick arse at interviews. Any help much appreciated.
