like biting a fresh towel or pulling your nails down a blackboard (they dont even use them anymore do they?)

i cant stand wrappers, like the wrapping thats around tobacco or the sweets in boxes like roses ect. Most chocolate wrappers.

it makes my heart start beating, i get really uncomfortable and my whole body jitters and cringes. Its getting worse (the variety of plastic wrappers that do this to me is growing)
