Depressing comments on the Torygraph
German Chancellor Merkel: Multiculturalism has failed.
British Prime Minister Cameron: Multiculturalism has failed.
French President Sarkozy: Multiculturalism has failed. Culturally muslim women have "no place" on French soil.
Italian President Berlusconi: "Western civilisation is superior to Islam."
George Bush: "This CRUSADE, this war on terrorism (Islam), is going to take a while."
Anders Breivik agrees with all of the above in his manifesto: Multiculturalism has failed. Western civilisation is superior. Christians must wage a martyrdom crusade against Islam until the year 2083.
Europe needs to take a good look at itself. Anders Breivik is far from an anomaly. His thinking is all pervading from the very top to the bottom of European society.
One can only wonder how many are secretly toasting his success at this very moment.
Shameful. The conservative leaders and citizens of Europe created the atmospherics and environment possible for this guy (and I suspect many others like him) to thrive, and they must all examine their consciences and take their share of the responsibility for this gruesome act.
