It's this huge country hall that was bought by a group of hippies in the 70s and is still going today. It was really interesting to hear about how it got established, how they were really extreme about stuff like not being allowed to live as a couple there, sharing child care, not having a job on the outside etc. But now its got much more relaxed, though they still share a common budget, grow most of their own food and keep animals for meat and dairy produce.

My gf was born there, and we just spent five days hanging out in the glorious sunshine (I didn't realise Scotland was so beautiful). Now I'm at work which seems very irrelevant. Who wants to come set up a housing co-op in the country with me?
