I jest, this thread is about carbs. Evil but oh so delicious carbs.

I'm trying to cut down, not in an atkins way but just reducing the amount I eat as a man of my age is quickly reaching the point of no tomorrow.

The problem is that so many of my dinners have a side helping of tasty carbs and I need to find some alternatives. I had a salad last night which is fine for this weather but that will soon start getting pretty dull.

What to do people, what to do?
