What vegetables do you eat most frequently? Here's a list of my most frequently eaten vegetables (i eat all of these several times a week, if not every day):

-mushrooms
-carrots
-broccoli
-courgette
-peas

so i'm mostly very "traditional" when it comes to choosing vegetables. i obvs eat more saladesque veg as well, and when it comes to that kind of thing i'm a big fan of peppers, cucumber, various types of small tasty tomatoes, etc. but the above list are things that i use in my dinner/supper and suchlike.
