An iphone that is insured by vodafone belongs to me and has had the screen absolutely smashed to shit last night as my friend knocked it out my hand.

I can just send this off to vodafone and they'll fix it right and I just (or my friend) have to pay the excess.

My main question is, how long will it take? and will they delete everything from my phone?
