you ever been shafted by a deposit? i have had to give double deposit because my previous landlord wouldnt give me a reference. not because i am a dick, more that he is - he just didn't reply to my calls, emails, texts. so yeah.

he also took 200 of my 400 deposit for fixing things. the prick. anyway, this is an agency and i am better prepared; going to take photos of everything before i start living there and use that as way to prove that they are good.

any other tips?
