how are you with spiders?

i am near a nervous breakdown i think with the amount and size of the spiders we get here, and if last year was anything to go buy the rest of the year they're only going to get bigger!!

I am terrified, like properly terrified, heart rate goes up.. i sweat loads and i feel like im going to pass out with fear.

I was reduced to tears tonight after one came scooting in the window and across the window ledge towards where my face was. Ive never moved so fast in my life (well i have, in other spider related situations)

how do i get over this?
