And then you finish the article and look back at his sad eyes, and realise he probably desperately wanted to be a real journalist, but didn't quite make it. So now he just sits with his laptop, attempting to bully a teenage popstar 20 years younger than himself, branding her fans as 'rejects' whilst churning out some listless, tired piece that offers nothing to anybody. What's the point eh.
