Well not a load to report.

Metroid celebrates it's 25th anniversary. COSPLAY!

Some people make some music here:

Zelda does something similar, with a concert announced in London albeit featuring a full orchestra.

Talking of which, having read a long article the other day about what industry insiders have got to see of SSword behind the scenes, I'm now properly excited about it. Metroid Prime style environments that reward revisiting, a world above and below the clouds, decent motion controls, an alternate plain to examine dungeons in... all shaping up to be epic.

Humble Bundle 3 makes over $2.1 million. Well done team.

Not seen any real news stories regarding big MS or Sony titles? Other than the Vita slipping and Sony claiming it'll interact with the PS3 in a similar way to how the 3DS will interact with the Wii U. Which is a bold claim, purely as I doubt even Nintendo have figured that out yet. Talking of the 3DS price wars begin. Tesco flog it for £110 apparently.

Ridley Scott to develop some DLC for the new COD game. Skyrim footage leaks and looks awesome. This Wiiware title FAST looks like F-Zero: http://wiiware.nintendolife.com/reviews/2011/06/fast_racing_league

Anything else?

I've been continuing with MP: Corruption. Quite like it so far. Pretty similar to the last title but feel like I'm in a universe this time as opposed to on my own. Which isn't quite as good in some respects, but at least a bit different compared to Echoes.
