What's the vibe in your place of work? Can you be yourself, you know, swear as much as normal, talk about sex, tell your workmates about your drug and whore fuelled weekend exploits with unhindered abandon?

Reason I ask is that my workplace is pretty laid back but I would never talk about say drugs or sex in front of most people at work. The IT guy is currently on a phone call with one of the home-workers about why emails she is getting from a man called Dick about Dutch chicks (as in chickens) are being blocked. Its pretty funny.
