WTF can I make with loads of carrots that isn't carrot soup? I want something GOOD.

I found a recipe for a carrot and sesame burger and one for carrot and cumin fritters. I don't really want them either. Surely there must be other things I can have?!

I also have lots of potatoes. Potatoes and carrots. Bland Sunday.
