Can't believe how inferior the BBC's pictures of Libya are to Sky's.

wrightylew [Edit] [Delete] 13:36, 22 August '11

Sky News has a reporter entering Tripoli in a rebel truck as the city's burning and explosions are going off in the background.

Then extensive footage of the celebrations in the city square.

The BBC have day-old videos of trucks driving around the outskirts of the city and long-range shots of smoke in the distance.

I know Sky have probably got more resources to spare, but Jesus. Maybe the BBC should allocate funding away from Strictly Come Dancing and towards more up-to-date news.
