Or have they all changed their name?

I just saw a number plate that read:

HI1 LEK

with the arms of the K rounded so it almost looked like an R, which led me to thinking there must be some wierdos out there who have changed there name to Hitler - feel free to update me on these.

But otherwise - did all the original Hitlers in Germany/Austria change their names? Was it a really rare name anyway?
