how common is it that, after filling out a standing order form w/ your bank details etc, you find it just hasn't been processed? my rent was "late" because the standing order wasn't set up. the estate agents obviously blame the bank. is there a chance my estate agents have just been very naughty? i think they might just be thick and a pattern is emerging to support that...
