I get the impression that I am working in a kindergarten as you seem incapable of flushing a toilet correctly perhaps you need a training session.

If you didn't put so much paper in the toilet to start with the toilet wouldn't get blocked and the excrement would actually get flushed away. You don't even have the decency to admit that you have blocked the toilet but leave it for the next unsuspecting soul to discover it.

There is a toilet brush in every cubicle - use it to unblock the bowl and flush again. It's not rocket science.
