What do you do exactly? I mean, sometimes when you're researching into a job they'll have 'an average day in the role of a XXXXXXX'. If you were to put one of them seriously, what would it be?

At the moment I've switched from saving lives as a lifeguard to working the reception due to a bit of boredom as a lifeguard and a minor injury. So, mine would be.

0855 - Get into work, change out of cycling gear into work clothing
0900 - Log into 'the system' whilst I read any notes/tasks
0915 - Check emails and targets for the day.
0930 - Reply to telephone/email enquiries
1030 - Usually when my first appointment comes in
1300 - All appointments finished, time to sort out the paperwork.
1330 - Lunch
1350 - Back to work, I don't like taking any more lunch than is necassary
1400 - Ensure all areas of the sports centre are set up for afternoon's activities.
1430 - Deal with walk in appointments
1600 - Sort out paperwork
1630 - Cash up a till
1700 - Accompany manager to the safe and do the 'safe check'.
1730 - Change back into cycle gear and leave work.
