go to all the effort of picking up their dog's wet stinking shit and putting it in a bag but who then leave the bag in a bush or hanging in a tree, thus combining smelly litter with less environmentally friendly litter.

I know this is a bit of dull complaint but it really perplexes me. Who are these people who are 50% morally responsible human beings???
