Let's face it, some glaring genre omissions from the last thread

I have still excluded some genres such as MOBA, Rougelike & such because they aren't as widespread and if I started going niche I'd be here all day. Also with 'Simulator' that means less people should be calling FM a turn based game strat game, because the match engine is in real time.
