Apparently this can be justified to students because they're not being screwed by as much as the current intake. Good work. Divide and rule, nice.

I don't know why, perhaps it's because the whole thing is so numbingly evil, but I couldn't help laughing at the fact that 90% of the document had been redacted, but in such a poor way that you could read what was underneath anyway.
