In the 10 months I've lived in this flat, I've never once taken the wheelie bins out. I don't even know when they're collected. Some other poor fucker in the block must do it every week/fortnight/howshouldIknow.

There isn't a janitor or porter or anything. I am burdening my filth on some other poor tenant.

And I'm not planning on changing my ways either.
