thinking about entering my bacon, mozarella, rocket, warm beetroot and mustard sunflower bagel.

have made it for four or five people and they've all said it was resturant-standard, and one of them's worked in a Michelin-starred kitchen, so y'know. quite happy with that.

was telling someone at work about it and they said it sounded disgusting as there were too many flavours, so i made one and took it in she creamed her fucking knickers. said it was the best sandwich she'd had, and she's quite a big lass (not obese, but likes her food). in hindsight, i realise she's tricked me there, but she's spreading the word, so all's good.

anyway, this thread doesn't all have to be about my super sandwich skills, and i've got no more elaborate backstory left in any case, so what i wanted to ask was, excluding orgies with other DiSers mums, what's the best sandwich you've ever made?
