On the front of the building there is an overhang jutting out from the first floor. For the last 6 months or so this has provided adequate shelter for a homeless man and his dog who sleep there every evening.

Today, just on the strip of concrete where this guy sleeps, builders have ripped up the pavement and replaced it with some 'wavy' paving stones that stick up out the ground so that he can't sleep there any more. Nowhere else, just the section this guy sleeps on.

This is the true face of modern Labour, the mask is slipping.
