You've always been limited to one new topic every 2 minutes. This is to slow down spammers and trolls, and we have now put a six topics a day limit - really if you need to start more threads than that you're a bit wrong in the head.

Due to people posting a hideous amount of replies (you crashed the site, thanks for that, it was REALLY helpful!!!!!) we've now limited you to one reply every 20seconds. Don't blame me, blame the people who ruin things so none of us can have anything nice.

Maybe there should be a new code of conduct of some sort too?
