Wondering if someone here could help me.

I need to set up a website for a personal project and I could use some advice about who to use. I saw http://website.1and1.co.uk/website-builder on TV the other night and that looks like the kind of thing I need. Are there any others that would be similar/better suited? It doesn't have to be big or fancy.

(I realise this is an odd place to ask, but I'm asking everyone I know)
