The joint M&S/Tesco near where I work has a split car park. One side is on the Tesco side, the other M&S. The M&S car park has a very clearly signposted one way system, the Tesco less so. The Tesco system is adhered to whereas M&S is a free for all. Mayhem. I can only conclude this is because M&S is used by old people and richer people who don't give a fuck about anything but themselves (plus feel safe in their 4x4s).
