And you know that if you were ever to come across them then you had to either kill them otherwise they would kill you first. The only information you have about each other is a photo which is provided each year by the government. Would you live your life normally safe in the knowledge that any encounter with your enemy would be highly unlikely? Would you live in fear everyday, in a constant state of alertness and carrying a weapon? Would you actively hunt them down and kill them first?
