Anyone had PayPal woes before? Currently trying to sort out some fraud which occurred via my PayPal at the weekend; in short, had no money in my PayPal but someone hacked it, used it to pay a random email address nearly $500 via a bank transfer, I noticed TWO hours later at 6am and managed to cancel it and report the fraud but the money (about £300!) left my bank account yesterday.

They just seem to be the shittest company to deal with. I've written them an email just now via the "Contact us" button on the website but now there's no fucking evidence of any sent messages anywhere. Likewise when I phoned them yesterday a man told me that the money wouldn't be refunded to my bank account, but would instead magically appear in my PayPal "in the next 2 days" and only THEN I can withdraw.

Fucksake.
