do you ever feel like films are too short now? I think I've been corrupted by too many tv dramas lasting way longer. they'll go on for at least 20 episodes, sometimes five series of 20 episodes or more. Feels like a two hour film can't compete after that.

I watched a 'filth' last night and it was good, but it just zipped by. that's probably not the best example to use, but I can't remember any film recently where it didn't feel like they were barely able to scratch the surface of the story.
