Which do you prefer? Or different pills for different needs?

I'm sure ibuprofen wasn't really 'a thing' when I was younger, and paracetemol was the go-to for all minor complaints that needed a painkiller. Now I reckon ibuprofen is way more popular.

In films and stuff, people always go for an aspirin. Don't think I've ever had an aspirin. It's been totally overshadowed by the others.
