for some reason i have been attached by a consultancy in london to a list of people that apparently can hire people. the weirdest part of this is getting weekly emails from them (despite asking to not get them) with peoples CVs attached.

anyone know how this works? do folk pay these twats to send their cv out instead of doing it themselves? anyone done it?
