Cracking, filling lunch for about £2. Life-changing. I've been spunking money up the wall so long, I forgot the joys of eeking out pennies before pay day.

What are some great cheap things you can buy from the supermarket and eat for lunch? Don't give me any crap about noodles or anything. I want to be able to eat it straight away with no preparation.
