I never really have nightmares, ever. I just don't. Sometimes I have slightly odd dreams that freak me out a little bit, but never the wake-up-shouting stuff.

Last night at about 3am i apparently woke up with a jolt, and got to my feet by the bed, and when mrs xylopwn asked what was wrong I actually ran from the room and to the front door of the flat. When I unlocked it and actually opened the door something must have triggered in my head that i was mid-dream and i just shuddered a bit - i kind of remember that - and then i went back to bed and slept. Fitfully I assume because i'm knackered this morning.

I mainly just remember a feeling of dread.

Anyone else ever had a really bad nightmare?
