Ok

I've got a recurrent pain in the toe joint of my foot. It goes away then suddenly I'll put my foot down in a slightly different way and I get a real stabbing pain. Sometimes I cry out because I'm not ready for it and it's that bad. (This has been embarrassing on more than one occasion.) (Most of you fannies would probably pass out or something.)

Diagnosis?

Advise on the above or describe your ailments below you hypochondriac pricks but bear in mind that mine is the real deal.
