I'm doing some research into how many people have had trouble getting their tenancy deposits returned and wondered if you could spare literally less than one minute to answer 4 questions on this.

I'd also appreciate it if anyone fancied sharing bizarre or unreasonable reasons for landlords withholding the deposit. I seem to remember someone on here couldn't get their deposit back because of damage caused during a break-in.
