Horrible things that were done / said to you when you were younger

EmilysSecretAdmirer [Edit] [Delete] 13:22, 10 March '15

When I was 18 I went out with one of my best friend's girlfriend's friends, who I fancied quite a lot. But it was very brief and ended disastrously with me having broken heart (turned out she was dating someone else). After breaking into tears and being comforted by my friend, he said "look, the thing is, you're a 7 and she's a 10."

Still quite hurt by that. Now whenever there's a mirror around I always have to check my appearance and style my hair.

Was also called 'weird' a lot at school, and was with the same horrible people for every lesson for about 3 years. Everything I did (even just the way I stood) was scrutinised and I was told things like 'why do you do that?' or 'why do you speak like that? I really don't like your voice'. Is there an actual reason why school is so traumatic?
