I've made this thread 17 times already but this time for really real it's the end of the road for my trusty old blackberry and I don't have any choice on my contract but go to proper smartphone.

Are there phones that are particularly good for like google docs and stuff like that? Is there anything out there with a qwerty keyboard? Or at least an attachment?
