Rolling tooth/teeth chat

jairzinho [Edit] [Delete] 14:00, 16 March '15

How's your teeth at the minute?

I'm having a few issues at the moment

- receding gums. despite what my dentist says, I've noticed quite a bit of receding of gums around the front teeth. dentist says its due to a recent scale and polish...I'm not so sure.

Had a little composite filling for a tiny chip on second tooth on the left of front tooth (upper left 2 for those in the know) when I felt it with my tongue, it seemed quite rough. Told the dentist and he went mental for about a minute with some sandpaper. Got home and it appears that he's completely altered the contour of the tooth! He did seem a bit irked when I told him it was rough, rolling his eyes and letting out an audible sigh. Not sure what to do about this.

Got a tooth at the back right that needs extracting. Really paranoid its gonna leave a massive, noticeable gap. Would like to get an implant, but looking at 2k, which I simply can't afford. Might make a wooden tooth.

Got other anxieties regarding the colour, but everyone I ask for a full and frank assessment say I'm just obsessing..and they're actually fine.

Feel free to drop in your tooth chat here

Thanks!
