So last night I was put on the guest list for blur at the barrowlands by a friend of a friend who has sorted me out for tickets before.
Anyway, me and my pal get there, super excited only to be told our names are not down. I go to call my pal to shout down the phone, anyway the guy behind us at the box office queue has a spare guestie and hands it to me 'thanks so much pal' i say.
Then the wonderful lady in the box office summons us over, and hands me a ticket and whispers 'you didn't get this from me' and she winks. Me and my pal thank her, hand out tickets to the steward, run up the stairs and hug! :)
People can be fucking alright at times.
