Alright DiS,

Sadly I'm going to have to cancel my End of the Road trip this weekend as my girlfriend has a medical emergency, so there's no way she's going. Pretty gutted all round, thankfully she should be ok, but it's a bit of a kick in the teeth to see "no refunds" written in the ticket T&C's. Seems a bit unfair, has anyone got any tips for asking for refunds in special circumstances like these?
