At this point in my life i've realised that i've been to so many fantastic places and have only terrible phone/pocket camera pics to show for it.

+ a fancy lens and i want to learn how to take photos properly.

Any suggestions of good resources to get started?

I want to know how to used a camera properly, and how to craft a good shot (rather than just sticking my camera in the air and hoping for the best.

Any other tips?
