Are all large company customer service departments really shit

Have had it up to my eyeballs with customer service departments this week. Two months I have had no internet connection in my new house. Been using mobile data exclusively and was thankfully away for a month of it. Every time I phone they have to phone me back and then they don't, so I call again and the same happens ad infinitum.

Went to buy a car yesterday and it took 2.5 hours to provide all the info etc. The dealership were transferring it from Prague yesterday for me to inspect with my mechanic. Today they call and say there was a mistake and actually the price is 15% higher than I was told. FUCK RIGHT OFF MATE. Now I need to travel all the way back to the dealership to get my cash reservation back.

Anyone who works in service for a large company. Fuck you.
