feeling dizzy in the head #SSP

punkosaur [Edit] [Delete] 16:45, 7 July '16

for the past couple of weeks I've had moments (every day) where I've felt a bit dizzy in the head. It usually happens when I lie down, the movement of my head makes me feel light headed for a few seconds, then I feel fine. It's just a weird feeling I get every now and then where I think 'what was that?' Like that head/room spin sensation you get when you lie down after having too much to drink, except it happens when I'm sober

Might be caused by something coincidental (anxiety, stress of moving out of uni, disbelief at the EU referendum result, drinking every day in the last week of uni, hayfever (?), hayfever medication (?)). Has anyone else been feeling this way and if so, is it something to be concerned about?

Funnily enough it's been happening since the EU referendum result (couldn't properly rest for a few days after that), could it be some reaction to psychological shock? I'm feeling weirdly calm at the moment but the dizziness is still there.
