Some bands might let epic tour fatigue and a nightmare drive over the Pennines put them off their live game, but not Dananananaykroyd.

Despite being held up for a couple of hours on the drive across from Manchester and arriving looking pretty darn tired (wouldn't you be if you'd spent the last few months slaying venues?) on arrival, the Scottish sextet still more than came up with the goods on their return visit to The Harley. We've said it once, and we'll say it again: best live band in the UK at the moment, bar none.

It was sweaty, and it was fun - certainly quite a way to celebrate your first birthday. Many happy returns DiScover Sheffield!

DiScuss: Enjoy the show? Did you miss the Wall Of Cuddles or did the rave segment in the middle make up for it? Did Calum get his greasy mitts on you? He did us. And we liked it.
