Details of Reading & Leeds coverage on the BBC + Zane's must-see tips
sean by Sean Adams August 25th, 2009

As one of the official partners of Reading & Leeds Festival, the BBC will be recording and broadcasting various bits of the festival live.

Here are all the details of what they will be broadcasting live and which shows they're hosting live from the site. There will be much more available online (the best bits of which we'll be featuring on DiS).

BBC Three

Friday from 8 'til Midnight. Saturday 7 'til 8:15 and then 10 'til 12:45. Sunday 10:45 'til 12:30. And there's also Reading & Leeds coverage on Radio 1, for details click here.

Red Button

You need digital TV to access this and obviously you press the red button on your remote control to access it. Their website says the following:

"Press the red button on TV to watch up to 4 streams of music during Reading and Leeds weekend. You can watch extended sets from loads of bands. One stream will be dedicated to BBC Radio 1's favourite artists, and hosted by DJ Huw Stephens.
Freeview viewers can watch Radio 1's favourite artists and the main artists from the Main and Radio 1/NME stages. Satellite and cable viewers will be able to see additional artists at a time.
Watch from 7pm-1am Friday 28 August to Sunday 30 August. Then from Monday 31 August to Saturday 5 September, watch extended sets from a different act each day from the festival."
