DiS Has Moved! Note: NEW ADDRESS!
sean by Sean Adams August 16th, 2004
About once a year we annoy everyone and move house. Why should this year be any different. Except this year, we've finally moved into an office.

Infact. I lie. We've had the DiS label running from this office since January, which has been cool to have phones and folks to answer 'em.* However, a lot of post has been going to my house which I'm not at when the postie comes to (apologies to anyone who has had stuff redelivered to 'em!) and I'm about to move out of.

But anyway, the long and the short of it is that when you wanna send us stuff now, please send it to...

If you're sending in demos. Please bare with us. We get an awful lot nowadays, infact some weeks its several hundred! If you're after a review, you're best off sending them direct to reviewers whom you think might be into it, rather than adding it to our ever growing pile (the more I get, the less chance I have of finding the best ones - it's a beautiful irony). Your best bet is to clearly label it with what you've achieved so far, what you're trying to create [we're not particularly interested in careerist pub rock or funk or bands who cite BiS as a major influence] and some rough points of reference. And if you could include your contact details, that's always handy. We do love getting your cdrs, but with the greatest will in the world we can not currently give them all, all the time they deserve, least of all to form an opinion and write about more than a handful of the best of 'em a month.

Gareth will begin full-time sometime in September as fully-fledged Editor of the site and will be on top of everything coming in. I apologise for my current crap-ness, especially in replying to emails, but there really is only so much

* = Not that we're giving our number out as loadsa 'tards ring up inviting us to gigs miiiles and then we don't find time to get down to listening to records and writing and doing marketing budgets for our records and stuff like that. Everyone believes their band is the best band in the world, few bands are. One mans turd is anothers wet dream, etc...
