The Gloria Record spent most of February recording tracks for an as yet untitled album. The band intends to head to Lincoln, Nebraska this month to finish recording, and the album should be available this autumn.

The Gloria Record features members of the now-defunct Austin, Texas emo band Mineral, who released two records on Crank!.

They don't have any shows scheduled for the forseeable future. Though "minor discussions of a fall tour through canada and the east coast have developed. but nothing of concrete status has emerged."
