The brilliantly titled Ten New Songs contains ten new songs. Apparently since running away from the world a long time ago he has been living on top of a mountain called "Mount Baldy" in a Zen Monastery. Though it's quite possible someone is having a laugh concerning this point and he has really been living in a penthouse in Manhattan or something. But that would spoil the romanticism and we wouldn't want to do that, so Mount Baldy it is.
